1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Social-40, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Age Restriction

This service is strictly for users aged 40 years and older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1. One-Time Purchases Only (No Auto-Renewal)

All purchases on Social-40 are one-time payments:

  • Memberships do not auto-renew
  • When your access period (e.g., 1 month) ends, access simply expires
  • To continue using premium features, users must manually purchase again
  • We do not charge users automatically or without their knowledge
3.2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase only if the purchased features have not been used.

A refund may be granted if:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of purchase, and
  • Premium features have not been actively used

What counts as "used":

  • Sending messages using premium access
  • Activating boosts, visibility features, or similar advantages
  • Using paid interaction tools
  • Any action that consumes or unlocks premium functionality

If premium features have been used, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is not refundable.

3.3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team using the contact information provided on the profile page
  2. Include your account email and purchase details

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and bank (usually several business days).

3.4. Expired Memberships

Refunds are not available for:

  • Fully or partially expired access periods
  • Purchases made more than 48 hours ago
  • Access that has already been used, even partially
3.5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage users to contact us directly for any billing questions or refund requests. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution and can result in account limitations.

3.6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version active at the time of purchase will always apply to that purchase.

4. User Code of Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, stalk, or intimidate other users.
  • Upload content that is offensive, obscene, or contains nudity.
  • Use the service for fraudulent purposes or to solicit money.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Content Rights

You retain ownership of photos you upload, but you grant Social-40 a license to display them on the service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Social-40 be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
